Merchant business return and cancellation policy are made available to customers on website and they have to agree to its terms during the order process. Customers are advised to read the refund policy before submitting their payment information. You can request for a refund for the following situations -
- No service delivered.
- No service delivered within due date however if the client gives the permission to extend the deadline then the previous deadline stands cancelled and the new deadline will be in force. Hence the client cannot ask for refund on the basis of old deadline.
- The deadline for Homework Killer will start after the payment by the client i.e. if the Homework Killer agrees to do a work in 5 days then the period of “5 days” will start after the client pays the agreed amount.
- If required, you can ask for revision, support team will provide you quick support for revised work. But refund won’t be considered. If we deny to revise your work then you can claim for a refund.
- Refund can’t be proceed without proper proof and reason, The customer who has an issue in purchase, must email us with proper proof of his allegations.
Request for refund can’t be accepted for the following cases -
• Refund can’t be considered if you change the original description, terms of service or deadline that was agreed upon at the time of purchase.
• An email formally asks for refund won’t be considered. You should have a proper proof that purchase does not meet your requirements. You will be asked for documents of proof.
• Refund will not be considered for a lengthy writing or research assignment/project/dissertation after the full service delivery. If you have an issue in purchase then you can ask for revision. Those are time consuming task and if you have plagiarism issue then quick support will be provided for revision.
• In follow-up of revision and long communication through email support, refund won’t be considered. It states that you agreed with purchase and you are going to follow-up for some revision and our expert was giving you time and support for providing your best needs.
• Without communicating about refund issues, Refund request can’t be proceed. (No refund will be allowed if you do not state the reason behind it.)
• Feed backs and clarifications on your delivered assignment shall be entertained strictly within the next 24 hours of delivery.
